Plans and prices

• The plans, what they include and their prices are shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Prices are in euros, including VAT. The VAT rate depends on your country of residence and is calculated at payment.
• Outside the euro zone, the payment page may offer to show and charge the converted amount in your own currency, at Stripe's rate, which includes a conversion fee. The exact amount is shown before you confirm, and paying in euros remains possible.
• A free trial, with no card, lets you try the service up to a usage allowance. It does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

Usage allowance

Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance, shown as a gauge in the app. When it is used up, new sessions are paused until the renewal or until you change plan. Ari wraps up the session in progress before reaching the limit. The allowance resets every period and does not carry over.

Concluding the contract online

In accordance with Article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code:

• Steps to subscribe: you choose a plan on the pricing page, sign in to your account, check the order summary (plan, billing period, price including VAT), accept these terms and, if you wish, ask for the service to start immediately, then confirm the payment. The contract is concluded at that confirmation.
• Input errors: before you confirm, the order summary lets you spot input errors and correct them by going back to the previous step or by editing your details.
• Languages: the contract can be concluded in French, English or Hebrew.
• Archiving: we archive the concluded contract and your invoices for 10 years. You can access them at any time from your subscription area, or simply by asking us by email.

Subscription and payment

• You subscribe online. Payment is processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.
• The subscription is paid in advance for each period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan).
• An invoice in the name of AI Bootcamp is available in your subscription area.

Renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the current price.
• You can cancel at any time from the subscription portal (Settings, "Manage my subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the service stays available until then.
• Any price increase is announced at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before it applies.

Support

Support is provided by email, at contact@hevraya.com. We reply:

• Devoted plan: reply within 24 hours (excluding Shabbat);
• Essential plan: reply within 48 hours (excluding Shabbat);
• free trial: reply within 48 hours (excluding Shabbat).

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code).

If you want the service to start before this period ends, you ask for it expressly when you subscribe. You then keep your right of withdrawal. If you exercise it, you owe us only an amount proportionate to the service provided until the moment you told us of your decision to withdraw (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). If you did not make this express request, you owe us nothing.

We refund all sums paid, minus this proportionate amount where it applies, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. The refund uses the same means of payment as the one used for the subscription, unless you expressly agree to another means, and costs you nothing (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code).

To withdraw, send us an unequivocal statement, for example an email to contact@hevraya.com, or use the form below. Using it is not mandatory.

Withdrawal form

Legal guarantee of conformity

This information is given to you under Articles L111-1 and R111-1 of the French Consumer Code, as amended by Decree no. 2022-946 of 29 June 2022.

• We are bound by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).
• The service is supplied continuously: the guarantee covers any lack of conformity that appears during the whole period of supply, that is, for as long as your subscription runs.
• During that period, it is up to us to prove that the service conforms. You do not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of supply.
• You are first entitled to have the service brought into conformity. If that is impossible, is not done within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience to you, or if the defect persists or is serious enough, you can obtain a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
• Using the guarantee costs you nothing.

Tsedaka

Our tsedaka commitment (maaser): 10% of AI Bootcamp's annual net accounting profit, given to one or more general-interest charitable associations chosen by AI Bootcamp, whose list is published every year on this page.

Mediation and disputes

If there is a dispute, please write to us first at contact@hevraya.com. If no solution is found, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge (Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

AI Bootcamp is joining a consumer mediation scheme: its name and contact details will be published on this page. Meanwhile, please send any complaint to contact@hevraya.com.

These terms are governed by French law.
